  • Our rental experience is designed to be effortless. Begin by exploring our Bridal Journey Collections to find the perfect dresses and accessories for your special moments. Once you’ve chosen your pieces, simply select your dates and reserve them for a minimum of three days. Your selections will be delivered straight to your door, beautifully packaged and ready to wear. When your occasion is over, just return your rentals in their original packaging—it’s that easy.

  • Accidents can happen, and we understand that. Please notify us immediately if you accidentally damage or stain. We have a dedicated team to assess and handle such situations. Depending on the damage or stain extent, you may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you. We strongly recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding damage and stains. We take great care to maintain the quality of our items, so we appreciate your honesty and timely reporting of any issues.

  • We offer flexible rental periods to suit your plans, choose from 3, 7, or 28 days, with a minimum hire of 3 days. Pick the timeframe that works best for your occasion and enjoy your rental stress-free. If you have a specific rental period in mind, just let us know and we can arrange this manually for you.

  • We make receiving your rentals simple and convenient. 

    Home delivery is available for £25.98, with your items arriving beautifully packaged and ready to wear. After your event, simply use the pre-paid return label included to send them back.

    All orders are shipped via Royal Mail with signature on delivery and an aim for next-day service. Please note we currently offer UK delivery only, excluding Northern Ireland.

    Alternatively, you can collect and return your rental directly from our HQ in Gloucester (GL13 9QH) — perfect for saving on postage!

  • Please feel free to remove any original retailer tags or ribbons attached to your outfits when you are ready to wear.

    If outfits have a Do Not Remove tag attached, this just might mean you are the first person to receive it - bonus!

  • If you wish to amend your order (like change your delivery details or choose a different outfit) please email us straight away at [email protected].

    We cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order if it has already been processed and packed already.
